Loqet Shield provides AI agent security scanning and monitoring services for Slack workspaces. We analyze third-party applications, integrations, and AI agents to identify security risks and compliance violations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Reverse engineering the Service
• Scanning workspaces without proper authorization
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loqet Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
